What led me to massage? My own experiences with stress & burnout led me to holistic therapies. I now create this space for others so they can return to their true, unhurried selves. I have a Psychology background with extensive mental health experience in hospitals, care and schools. One of the things I noticed during this time was how important our connection is with our mind and body. As a meditation, yoga, and music lover I inevitably gravitated towards holistic healing and its benefits. After trying out a massage taster session I knew I wanted to know more, and began a full Holistic Massage diploma soon after. I am now a qualified Holistic Massage Therapist and accredited member of the Massage Training Institute. Our bodies can support or prohibit us, we protect or harm them, they can express so much, or they can hold what we're not ready to feel. Our daily routines, such as commutes, hobbies and fitness, shape us- and massage can help us consider this. I believe listening to our body is so important, yet finding that moment to be still and observe ourselves is easily forgotten when life is hectic. Massage can help take that moment to pause, so we can notice how our body is really feeling and begin to release what no longer serves us.
Who do I massage? I specialise in massage for women looking for a holistic reset both physically & mentally. Currently accepting new FEMALE clients only due to my lone working policy. Male referrals accepted from existing clients, please don't be afriad to ask :) Thank you for understanding! I've massaged people for so many different reasons - to relax, a nice treat, tackle work/life burnout, meditation tool, chronic pain issues, musicians with muscle fatigue, mental health, body acceptance, helping posture, a place of safety...the list goes on forever! All ages: Children (parental supervision required), students, adults and the elderly (I have specialist training in massage for Dementia) are all welcome.
Where do I work? The Massage Space, Winchester: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturdays 10 - 8pm Manipura House, Bath: Fridays 9:30 - 6pm Please note, this is an independent business from myself, with different treatments and pricing.

Why "The Massage Space"?
I wanted to create a truly personalised massage space.
Where you are recognised not just as "a client" - but as a person.
With individual needs & complexities.
There are no generic routines, instead each massage is made just for you.
Feeling relaxed as soon as you walk through the door.
So what does that look like?
Choice:
Choose your massage style, room aroma and music.
You customise your massage so it looks, smells, sounds & feels exactly right for you.
Massage: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lomi Lomi, Hot Stone Acupressure & curated Cosmic Bundles
Aroma: Floral, earthy or herbal essential oils
Music: Ambience, Ocean, Rainforest, Acoustic & Spiritual
Being listened to:
Every session starts with a complementary consultation where we talk about how you are feeling, such as your stress levels, and any aches and pains.
Feeling comfortable:
I make sure to check in about pressure during the massage and then leave you to enjoy your space as you need.
What is holistic massage?
Holistic massage considers you as a whole being, understanding how your mind and body are connected.
Massage not only eases muscle pain, but also soothes us mentally & emotionally.
Each massage works with your nervous system, switching it from "fight or "flight" into a more restful state.
The Space
Find my studio within the bustling Health & Wellness hub at Ninety One Winchester.
I've made my space a little holistic hideaway full of twinkling lights. There are free on-site parking & toilets. This is a busy studio so you will hear others coming/going from their appointments with other practitioners!
