What can I expect? 1. We start with a chat discussing anywhere in your body that feels like it needs attention. 2. Gentle holds and stretches over the drape to ground the body and mind. 3. Oil is applied and techniques such as stretching, kneading and strokes are used at a pressure of your choice.

A slower style for physical aches & pains, or chronic tension that doesn't want to go away. Deep Tissue can improve circulation, mobility and pain symptoms.

"No pain no gain" is not my approach, and deep pressure is not always better. I work with the body, warming up the muscles & fascia before a patient deeper pressure. Always at your comfort level.

What can I expect? 1) We start with a chat discussing where in your body has aches & pains. 2) Gentle holds and stretches over the drape to ground the body and mind. 3) Oil is applied and your skin, fascia and muscles are first warmed up with Swedish strokes. 4) Deeper work can involve holding, moving, stretching and shaking identified areas of tension at an appropriate pressure for you. My approach works with your nervous system, allowing your body to release gradually rather than inflicting pain.

Warm Basalt stones not only feel amazing, they are effective at relieving stubborn tension without a need for deep pressure. The stones are swept or held across the body, combined with Swedish techniques, to target tension and leave you feeling rejuvenated.

What can I expect? 1) We start with a chat discussing where in your body needs attention. 2) Gentle holds and stretches over the drape to ground the body and mind. 3) A warming massage oil is applied using Swedish techniques. 4) Hot stones are swept over the body - the movements are quick to begin whilst the stones reach a good temperature, and then slow down into a relaxing rhythm.

Imagine ocean waves...this Hawaii massage is a ritual for the mind, body and soul. The whole body is massaged as one, using light touch and long sweeping movements from head to toe. For those that want to switch off and relax.

What can I expect? 1) Draping is minimal, uncovered aside from your private areas. I demonstrate what this would look like and make sure you feel comfortable. 2) Gentle holds and stretches over the drape to ground the body and mind. 3) Oil is gently applied all over the body in long, sweeping strokes. This is an oilier treatment so strokes glide over the skin with ease. 4) You are re-draped fully to turn over, then oil applied to the front of the body, including the abdomen. 5) Finished with a gentle scalp massage. LOMI'S HUNA PRINCIPLES: Lomi believes we all hold energy within our bones. A restorative neck, scalp & face massage with hot towels, Jojoba oil & Rose water for relaxation, headaches & jaw tension.

The neck & shoulders are followed by a dreamy scalp massage. A warm towel is then placed on your face for relaxation, before gently massaging specific acupressure points on the face. Acupressure is based on the Chinese face map, to balance "chi" energy in our bodies and promote relaxation.​

Following a consultation, a bespoke aromatherapy blend is created from essential oils to soothe your nervous system, then massaged into the body.
